Offered is a quite rare mid-century modern Johan Tapp mahogany veneer top with solid carved mahogany wood “corkscrew” center side or occasional table. Johan Tapp designed and produced intricate wood pieces for Gump’s department store in the 1940-50s. This piece is both quite lyrical and architectural in design and would look fabulous with any decor in almost any setting.
