Offered is a unique set of four chrome and wool felt dining chairs armchairs by Contemporary Shells Inc. Contemporary Shell Inc was based in Hempstead NY and produced works for many designers including Arthur Umanoff. This set was designed in the latter part of the 20th century; however, recalls the design of the Art Deco era in South Beach, Florida with its sexy curves yet clean and simple design. The chairs would be great for a game table; small conference table in an office or home office or a small dining breakfast table. The upholstery is original and in very good and steamed cleaned condition.
