Mid Century Modern Steven Chase Lacquered Goatskin Dining or Conference Table

Out of stock

Offered is a mid century modern monumental lacquered goatskin dining table with wood and chrome base by Steve Chase. This breathtaking dining table has been restored and in very good condition. The two bases are wood; carved into tiny pleats and sits on a chrome plinth. This table, designed by Steve Chase, was exclusively for Hollywood royalty for their Palm Springs vacation home. (Rumor has it coming out of a former 20th Century fox head’s vacation home.) His career in design began with the iconic mid century modern architect, Arthur Elrod and culminated with his own design firm being called upon by Hollywood royalty and various international luminaries to add his own distinct design point of view to projects in Palm Springs and across the globe.
