Offered is a mid century modern Harvey Probber newly upholstered in Paul Smith for Maharam fabric with an added curved up-lit with LED lighting, Lucite base. Harvey Probber was a modernist and his designs were Classic modern, but never minimal. His designs were modern; however, his use of materials such as brass, stone, high gloss lacquer, richly figured woods and opulent fabrics were quite luxe. This sofa reflects the iconic Probber curve and low profile. We have added a curved Lucite plinth with LED lighting. This piece has been re-upholstered in a wool upholstery grade men’s suiting fabric designed by Paul Smith for Maharam.
